These terms apply to prentoservy.online and service inquiries to Prento Servy. Website information is general and is not a binding estimate or a guarantee of availability. Each job requires an agreed written scope, price, and schedule.
Scope and equipment compatibility
Router, extender, and mesh setup depends on compatible equipment, internet service, property layout, power, cabling, and device capabilities. Hardware, additional cable runs, specialist electrical work, permits, and subscriptions are included only when expressly agreed. Additional work requires approval.
Authorization and access
You must be authorized to request work at the property and provide access to the relevant equipment and accounts. Arrange property permissions and safe access. You control account credentials and must approve changes that affect other devices or users.
Configuration changes
Network-name, password, firmware, and reset changes may interrupt connections or remove existing settings. Back up relevant configurations when possible. Material changes should be discussed before they proceed. You enter passwords and verification codes yourself.
Internet providers and manufacturers
Prento Servy is an independent installation and troubleshooting provider, not your internet provider or a manufacturer support center. Provider outages, line faults, service speeds, manufacturer cloud services, and third-party warranties are outside our control. Separate provider terms and charges may apply.
Performance limitations
Wi-Fi coverage and performance depend on the building, interference, connected devices, equipment specifications, and internet service. No universal speed, coverage, or uninterrupted-connection guarantee is made by this website. Results and any specific commitments must be stated in the written agreement.
Scheduling and payment
Appointments, deposits, payment milestones, and due dates are confirmed in the accepted estimate or agreement. Contact us promptly if plans change. The Refund & Cancellation Policy applies alongside agreed job-specific terms and applicable consumer rights.
Concerns and contact
Report service concerns promptly with the work date and a description of the issue. We will review the agreed scope and discuss appropriate next steps.
